Hello and welcome! I’m Kia Caise-Williams, a proud REALTOR® licensed in Oregon and serving the vibrant Portland metro area. I’m honored to share that I am the first openly Black transgender woman REALTOR® in Portland, and I bring a deeply compassionate, community-driven approach to real estate.

A Heart for Service and Advocacy

Before stepping into real estate, I dedicated my time to volunteering with organizations supporting the houseless community and working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Those experiences taught me one core truth: everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home.

That belief guides every aspect of my work today. My mission is to make homeownership accessible, empowering, and affirming for everyone — especially those who have felt overlooked or underrepresented in the housing market.
