More About Me

Kia Caise-Williams – Broker Licensed in Oregon

As an African American transgender woman, I bring a unique and deeply compassionate perspective to real estate—rooted in a lifelong commitment to service, advocacy, and community care. Before entering the world of real estate, I spent years volunteering with organizations supporting the houseless population and working professionally with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). These experiences shaped my belief that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home.

I also come with a strong background in customer service, having worked as a Sales and Retention Specialist. There, I refined my communication, problem-solving, and client care skills—tools that now serve me every day as a Realtor. In addition, I am a non-active minister with a focus on grief and trauma therapy, which gives me a unique ability to walk with clients through major life transitions with deep empathy and understanding.

I pride myself on providing outstanding, client-centered service. From our first conversation to closing day—and beyond—my goal is to make you feel informed, supported, and confident. I believe great service means truly listening, communicating clearly, and anticipating your needs to create a smooth, stress-free experience.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, or just exploring your options, I offer honest guidance, local knowledge, and a level of care that puts you first. My mission isn’t just to help you complete a transaction—it’s to ensure you feel seen, heard, and valued every step of the way.

As an Oregon transplant myself, I understand what it’s like to build a new life in a new place. That experience fuels my passion for helping others do the same.

If you're looking for a Realtor who’s reliable, responsive, and truly client-focused, I’d love to connect.
